So anyway, I made lobster puffs yesterday! Nearly thirty dollars worth of lobster later...
They weren't what I expected. Imagined they would be pastry puffs rather than dough puffs, but these work I guess. Taste good. I did notice varying images defined as lobster puffs online though, so maybe there is another recipe using pastry. As far as posh hors d'oeuvres go I'm not sure they'd quite cut it at Emily Gilmore's house. I still have some of the lobster mix left, so maybe I'll have a go at making a pastry version.
